Barcelona are, of course, undergoing a rebuilding period following the departure of Lionel Messi and years of poor spending in the market.
La Blaugrana have several quality youngsters coming through their ranks who will no doubt prove to be the core of the next top Barcelona side.
But, it is obvious that Barca also need to improve here and now with some quality signings.
Despite their apparent financial issues, the Spanish powerhouse have recently secured the services of Ferran Torres from Manchester City for an initial €55m:

Barça will pay €55m guaranteed plus €10m in installments.
Man City accepted to sell only because Ferrán asked to move back to Spain.
Xavi was key as he called Ferrán many times and he only wanted him.

However, it appears as though Barcelona are not done with just Torres, who can operate as a winger but also fairly successfully as a centre-forward, like he has done on a number of occasions for Man City and Spain.
Now, according to Spanish outlet El Nacional, Barcelona are interested in the services of Ajax winger, Antony.
The 21-year-old linked up with Dutch powerhouse, Ajax, in July of 2020, departing Sau Paulo for around £14m.
And Antony has since gone on to light up both the Eredivisie and Champions League with his electrifying blend of pace and dazzling skills.
In total, he has scored 18 and assisted 15 in 65 outings for the Dutch giants and has already caught the eye of some Chelsea fans.
Now, according to El Nacional, Antony, who they label the new Ronaldinho, is interesting Barcelona, particularly president Joan Laporta.
Laporta is said to have inquired about Antony’s availability and asked about his price, which is said to be close to €40m. The report adds that this is an amount the Catalonian outfit would be willing to pay.
Could we see Antony in a Barcelona shirt soon?
