A wasteful Chelsea were held to a 1-1 draw by Manchester United at Stamford Bridge on Sunday evening as Jorginho featured heavily.
It was the Italian’s mistake that allowed Jadon Sancho to pounce, a poor touch handing the out of form forward a clear route to goal, before he calmly rolled the ball past Edouard Mendy.
However, Jorginho redeemed himself somewhat, slotting home a penalty to level the scores after Aaron Wan Bissaka was adjudged to have fouled Thiago Silva.
It ends honours even. ⏱

The result cuts Thomas Tuchels side’s lead to just a point at the top of the Premier League table, with Manchester City breathing down their necks and Liverpool a further point behind the west Londoners.
As a result, they desperately need to get back to winning ways when they face Watford at Vicarage Road on Wednesday evening.
Ahead of the clash, however, Chelsea have a number of injury problems, with Reece James having limped off against Manchester United.
Speaking to the press, Tuchel revealed that all of James, Jorginho and Timo Werner picked up minor knocks against the red Devils, but trained today. However, they will continue to be checked.
Meanwhile, N’golo Kante and Mateo Kovacic remain out, perhaps paving the way for another start for Ruben Loftus Cheek, or even a rare start for Saul Niguez.
Tuchel says Lukaku is ready to progress in minutes for #CFC. No bad reaction to sub role v #MUFC. Kante and Kovacic are still out, plus Chilwell obviously. Reece James, Jorginho & Werner will all need to be checked after picking up minor knocks. Did take part in training today.

Finally, Romelu Lukaku, only given 10 minutes at the weekend, will be more involved. There is, however, no indication as to whether he will start.
Can Chelsea get back to winning ways?
