Arsenal would face a trip to Leicester City on Saturday afternoon.
The Gunners headed into the game on a fine run of form, but were set to face perhaps their toughest opponent since their upturn in form following the September international break.
This, though, did not stop Mikel Arteta’s side from notching a 2-0 lead at the King Power before the break, thanks to efforts from Gabriel and Emile Smith Rowe:

Leicester would eventually grow into the tie and did cause Arsenal some issues, especially in the second 45.
However, a world-class display on the part of Aaron Ramsdale ensured that Leicester would not find a breakthrough:

Despite Ramsdale putting on a superb showing against the Foxes, the Englishman seemingly drew the ire of both Mikel Arteta and captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
As explained by football.london, Ramsdale became distracted by his ongoing battle with the Leicester fans in the second half and his passing started to become a little more wayward.
Both Arteta and Aubameyang were clearly not too pleased with him, and are said to have been yelling disapprovingly at the Arsenal keeper about this.
